In order to ensure the proper quality of the educational services provided, the Customer undertakes to ensure that the equipment and software used by the Students meet the following minimum technical requirements:
– Device: a personal computer or laptop running Windows 10/11 or macOS 10.13 and higher. It is allowed to use a tablet with Android 10+ or iOS 15+.
– Equipment: built-in or external camera with a resolution of at least 640×480 pixels; microphone and speakers, or headphones with microphone. Minimum specifications: processor with four cores from 2.0 GHz and RAM from 4 GB. It is recommended to use an HD (720p) camera and a noise-canceling headset.
– Internet connection: stable connection with a speed of 5 Mbit/s. Recommended: from 15 Mbit/s, ping < 100 ms, jitter < 30 ms. Acceptable connection types: Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz, Ethernet cable or mobile Internet (4G/5G).
– Browser: the current version of Google Chrome (recommended), Safari or Opera. Not supported: Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Firefox on mobile devices.
– Other: The Customer undertakes to:
• allow access to the camera and microphone in the operating system and browser;
• close third-party programs using the specified devices (Zoom, Skype, etc.);
• ensure that there is sufficient lighting (light in front of the face), the camera is positioned at eye level and the speaker volume is at least 50%.
Before the first lesson, the Customer must pass a technical readiness test using the link sent by the Contractor in an auto-email.
